Super Eagles defender, Kenneth Omeruo, has named Real Madrid’s Karim Benzema, as the toughest striker he has ever played against.

Omeruo faced Benzema earlier this season, as Leganes lost 5-0 at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Benzema scored once and provided two assists during the LaLiga game.

The 26-year-old has also faced Lionel Messi in Spain, but singled out the Benzema because of his positioning.

“Benzema. It’s not only because he is a good goalscorer, but he works hard and he is difficult to mark because of his positioning,” Omeruo told AS. The home for trending sports news.
