West Ham manager Slaven Bilic has given an injury update ahead of his side’s game against Chelsea on Monday night.Michail Antonio is unavailable for the visit of Chelsea having been sent off against Watford in their previous Premier League game.
Centre-back Angelo Ogbonna was ruled out for the remainder of the season after suffering a knee injury in January and Diafra Sakho is said to be ‘progressing well’ following a back injury sustained in December.
But there was more positive news for Hammers fans on the fitness of striker Andy Carroll:
“Andy Carroll has been in training and I am optimistic of his playing against Chelsea,” said Bilic.
“He’s one of our best players and we want to keep him. We wouldn’t want to sell Andy to China.”
