FA Cup semi-final draw LIVE!
The FA Cup semi-final draw will see Manchester United take on Chelsea and Arsenal face one of Newcastle or Manchester City at Wembley Stadium.
Manchester United left it late to beat 10-man Norwich in extra time at Carrow Road, while an injury-time Dani Ceballos goal sent Arsenal into the semis after overcoming Sheffield United 2-1.
Chelsea joined them by beating Leicester City 1-0 before Manchester City take on Newcastle United.
The draw took place at half-time of Man City’s game as the holders led 1-0 – and if the score stays the same, they will face Arsenal.
Jesus does nothing wrong this time, chesting down Mendy’s cross inside the box but Rose hacks it away and gets a free-kick.
Despite City’s dominance, there’s still only one goal in this. You never know.
61 mins: Carroll catches Laporte again and this time he’s not getting away without a caution.
56 mins: Carroll clatters Laporte again, this time leaving his arm in on the Frenchman and the Newcastle striker is furious, nearly talking himself into a booking.
My word, that would have been a special goal.
Gundogan releases Mahrez with a neat through ball and he makes his mind early to strike it with venom and it just clears the bar.
51 mins: Newcastle have certainly shown more attacking intent in this half and are engaging City higher up the pitch now.
48 mins: City are finding ways to counter against Newcastle with three on three and De Bruyne’s cross, searching for Mahrez, is poorly struck.
No changes from either side. But Newcastle will need to alter their approach now, surely.
Now, will it be Newcastle or Man City who face Arsenal at Wembley?

Manchester United vs Chelsea
The draw is starting now so take your seats.
Five teams go into the hat. But only four can make it to Wembley.
2) Newcastle United or Manchester City
3) Manchester United
Manchester United have 12 to their name – their last coming in 2016 – while Chelsea have made up ground by winning the FA Cup six times since the Millenium (2000, 2007, 2009, 2010, 2012 and 2018).
Newcastle and Manchester City each have six titles, though the Magpies haven’t won this competition since 1955.
Right, let’s step away from the football for just a moment because it’s time for the FA Cup semi-final draw.
Make sure you stick around as any moment now, Alan Shearer will be drawing the four balls out of the proverbial hat for the last four.
As it stands, City will be joining Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United.
Rarely have you seen a game so one-sided as this with such a low scoreline as De Bruyne’s penalty puts Man City ahead on his 29th birthday.
The visitors have been outstanding, dominating from start to finish, and they only have themselves to blame for not adding to their lead.
Backpedalling, the Frenchman meets De Bruyne’s corner delivery and is centimetres away from finding the far corner. Darlow was stranded.
Two minutes of added time to come.
The Frenchman has met his match in Walker, in terms of a player who can give him a good race, and the City defender makes a good recovery down the flank to rob him of possession.
GOAL! Newcastle 0-1 Manchester City | Kevin De Bruyne (pen) 37′
Even despite City’s recent woes from the spot, De Bruyne never looked like missing and sends Darlow the wrong way.
It’s quite an understatement to say City deserve their lead after dominating this first half.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the draw will be a little different. Alan Shearer will be drawing the balls on his own, with Gary Lineker presenting remotely.
It will be broadcast on BBC One and iPlayer in the UK and on the official FA Cup Facebook page for overseas viewers.
