, Zachariassen insisted that his team have learnt a lot from the 1st leg and will correct their mistakes.

‘Honestly, I meant what I said that I am happy with our 1st leg performance. We have learned a lot from it and we will correct the mistakes in the 2nd leg.’ Zachariassen told DiegwuSports.

When asked on his game plan for the return leg, Zachariassen assured that his side will be more attacking and will defeat Kano Pillars.

‘We have analyzed the match and we have a plan. I can’t really disclose much but I can assure that we will be much more attacking than in the 1st leg. If we maintain a high attacking tempo, Pillars will fall.’

The Asante Kotoko coach also called on their supporters to come out in their numbers and give the team the much needed home advantage.

‘I urge our fans to come out massively because we need them to boost our morale. In the 1st leg I was impressed with the turnout by the Kano fans. We would be honored to have such for the return leg’

On August 25, Kotoko will host Kano Pillars in Kumasi for the second leg fixture.
